Summary
Atreo is committed to modernizing and simplifying clinical trials through its RTSM technology platform for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. The Project Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support across assigned studies, maintaining project artifacts, assisting with meetings and logistics, and documenting actions and decisions.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and Product Delivery Managers across assigned studies
- Maintain study trackers, meeting minutes, action logs, distribution lists, and routine client-facing artifacts
- Support meeting preparation, follow-up, and internal handoffs between teams
- Learn RTSM workflows, study roles, issue types, and Atreo delivery processes
- Assist with scheduling and logistics for study-related meetings and working sessions
- Document and distribute action items, decisions, and follow-up summaries after client and internal meetings
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination, administrative, or clinical operations support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Excel, or similar)
- The candidate must possess at minimum a bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Client-focused, detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to clinical trial or life sciences environments
- Foundational understanding of RTSM or clinical trial terminology
- Knowledge and comfort with AI tools
