Summary
ATS+Partners is an AI-enabled consulting firm serving public agencies, education institutions, and mission-driven organizations. The Education Technology Analyst supports client work by building technology inventories, reconciling data, conducting research, tracking project milestones, and coordinating E-Rate documentation and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Build technology inventories, refresh schedules, cost comparisons, and supporting analysis
- Reconcile data across multiple sources and document discrepancies
- Prepare clear tables, summaries, and client documentation
- Track project milestones, required inputs, and outstanding information
- Maintain E-Rate funding-year calendars and flag deadline risks early
- Verify enrollment, NSLP, discount-rate, and Category Two budget data using authoritative sources
- Support EPC account, entity, and administrative-window activities
- Use public USAC data to research filing history, funding status, and budget information
- Organize E-Rate documentation for record retention and audit support
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting, education, technology, research, project coordination, data analysis, or a related field
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and comfort working with detailed data
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and written communication
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and identify issues before they become problems
- Curiosity and sound judgment when information does not match
- Experience with K-12 education, education technology, procurement, E-Rate, or USAC
