Recruiter

Summary

Autonomy Staffing is a fast-growing recruiting agency helping businesses scale with top-tier talent. The Recruiter will source and screen candidates, manage candidate and client relationships, drive candidates through the hiring pipeline, achieve placement targets, and manage contractors on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and outreach
• Submit a minimum of 10 quality candidates weekly to active job orders
• Drive candidates through the pipeline: target 5 interviews scheduled per week with Clients
• Achieve 2-3 confirmed hires per week (with training and support in first 90 days)
• Build strong candidate and client relationships for repeat placements
• Manage contractors on assignment, including check-ins and updates

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and meet weekly targets
• Recruiting or sales experience is a plus, but not required we provide training
