Dayforce HCM Integrations Consultant

Summary

AXL Global Consulting is seeking an Integrations Consultant to join its Dayforce Human Capital and Workforce Management consulting team. The role focuses on designing, building, testing, and supporting integrations between Dayforce HCM and third-party systems while gathering requirements, documenting specifications, and managing multiple client projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test integrations between Dayforce HCM and third-party systems
• Gather and document integration requirements
• Create specifications detailing source, transformation/mapping logic, destination, formatting, and integration protocol
• Configure and support various integration methods, including SFTP, APIs/web services, and file-based transfers
• Communicate effectively, ensuring deliverables are met and risks identified
• Collaborate with the internal AXL team to assist fellow consultants where needed
• Execute multiple projects simultaneously

Skills

• * Minimum 2 years of integrations experience, preferably with Dayforce
• * Strong proficiency in XML, EDI, JSON, and/or other data interchange formats
• * Experience in Dayforce HCM exports; Reports and/or Integration Studio a plus
• * Experience with API's; POSTMAN; Swagger
• * Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• * Strong organizational and written communication skills
• * Understanding of Structured Data/Relational Database concepts (MS SQL)
• * Experience with programming languages (examples: Python, C#, Java)
• * Creative problem-solving and business judgment
• * Experience working independently without daily supervision
• * Ability to multitask between different projects and clients
• * Consulting experience preferred
• * Technical degree preferred
