Job description

Summary

Axonius Federal Systems empowers U.S. government agencies to achieve visibility and control over their cyber assets. The company is seeking a Resident Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned federal customers, drive adoption of the Axonius platform, troubleshoot challenges, and build trusted customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers, building strong, trusted relationships with technical and operational stakeholders
  • Develop a deep understanding of your customers' mission objectives, IT environments, security programs, and operational priorities
  • Deliver onboarding sessions, product demonstrations, technical workshops, and enablement activities that drive adoption and customer success
  • Help customers identify and expand use cases that increase the value and impact of the Axonius platform
  • Lead recurring customer touchpoints, including technical reviews, health checks, and business reviews to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Support, and Engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and drive resolution of issues
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and coordinate internal resources to resolve customer questions, issues, and escalations efficiently
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by communicating product feedback, enhancement requests, and opportunities for improvement to internal stakeholders
  • Stay current on cybersecurity trends, emerging technologies, and federal IT environments to provide informed recommendations and guidance
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer activities, technical recommendations, action plans, and outcomes

Skills

  • 3+ years of combined experience within the cybersecurity or IT industry, preferably in a federal or enterprise software environment; with proven experience in a technical account management or customer-facing role
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity concepts, and enterprise technology environments
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and clearly communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience building trusted customer relationships and driving successful business outcomes
  • Experience supporting U.S. Federal Government customers
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, scripting, automation, or data analysis
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, enterprise security platforms, identity solutions, asset management systems, or vulnerability management tools
  • Working knowledge of Python, REST APIs, JSON, and other common data formats
  • Experience delivering customer training, technical workshops, or enablement programs
  • Security certifications such as Security+, CySA+, CISSP, or similar are a plus
