Community Manager - Remote Work

Responsibilities

• Manage daily interactions within online communities across platforms such as LinkedIn, Discord, Facebook Groups, and forums
• Develop and execute engagement initiatives including Q&As, polls, challenges, and community events
• Moderate community spaces, enforce guidelines, and handle escalations with professionalism and empathy
• Collaborate with social media, content, and customer success teams to align community activity with brand goals
• Track and report on community metrics including engagement rates, member growth, and sentiment
• Identify and surface member feedback, trends, and insights to internal stakeholders

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in community management or social media
• Experience building and moderating online communities on platforms such as Discord, Reddit, or Facebook Groups
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with a genuine passion for community building
• Ability to manage multiple community channels simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency
• Familiarity with community analytics and social listening tools
