Summary

BAMM Staffing is seeking a Data Analyst to support business decision-making by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data using accessible tools and methods. The role derives insights from reports and dashboards, prepares visualizations and summary reports, and supports stakeholder reporting needs without requiring deep coding or technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Gather and organize data from internal systems, spreadsheets, and reports
• Analyze trends, patterns, and business performance
• Prepare visualizations, charts, and summary reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate with business units to define reporting needs and ensure data accuracy
• Support ad hoc data requests and routine reporting
• Maintain documentation and ensure consistency across reporting processes

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data in a business context
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Basic understanding of data governance and privacy principles
