Summary

Baptist Health is a not-for-profit healthcare organization serving South Florida. The Performance Analyst 2 supports Performance Excellence initiatives by conducting complex data comparisons, developing reports and analyses, and communicating results clearly and accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts complex data comparisons using multiple internal and external databases for Baptist Health Center for Performance Excellence initiatives
  • Develops complex reports and analyses communicates the results in a comprehensive, accurate, and understandable format
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and time management skills

Skills

  • Masters
  • Masters Degree in business, engineering, or liberal arts
  • Experience working with quantitative and statistical data
  • Advanced skills in spreadsheet, graphics and relational database software
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, with the creative ability which enables data to be well presented and utilized
  • Educational requirements may be substituted with 10 or more years of relevant experience
  • 5 Years
  • Knowledge of Lean principles desired
