Summary
Beth Israel Lahey Health is a mission-driven healthcare organization seeking a Talent Specialist to connect exceptional talent with meaningful careers. The role manages full-cycle recruitment, sources and evaluates candidates, partners with hiring managers and HR stakeholders, and supports workforce planning and recruitment initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned business areas
- Partner with hiring managers on candidate screening and selection
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
- Prepare and negotiate employment offers
- Identify active and passive candidates through:
+ ATS searches
+ Social media platforms
+ Networking and direct outreach
+ Recruitment and community events
- Collaborate with TA leadership on innovative sourcing strategies
- Support workforce recruitment initiatives
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate evaluations
- Present qualified candidates and recommendations to hiring managers
- Advocate for an exceptional candidate experience aligned with BILH's WE CARE values
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Provide guidance on BILH hiring practices, policies, and procedures
- Partner with HR colleagues and Centers of Excellence
- Support internal talent development and career growth
- Maintain accurate vacancy and recruitment data
- Monitor talent market trends and hiring insights
- Ensure compliance with recruitment standards and service level expectations
- Represent BILH at job fairs, open houses, and college recruiting events
Skills
- ✅ High School Diploma or GED required
- ✅ 1-3 years of recruitment or relevant experience required
- ✅ Prior experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- ✅ General knowledge of current employment laws and practices
