Job description

Summary

Bio-Rad Laboratories is a life science and clinical diagnostics company focused on advancing scientific discovery and healthcare. The Customer Relations Coordinator will support inventory availability and customer needs by managing inquiries, analyzing inventory and customer data, preparing reports, maintaining SAP orders, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory information and reporting by maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory reports that provide Customer Care, Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams with information needed to support customers
  • Support inventory optimization and financial objectives by monitoring and managing stock levels, contributing to the reduction of scrap and doubtful inventory, and identifying opportunities to improve inventory utilization
  • Analyze customer usage and inventory data to evaluate historical demand, determine appropriate customer allocations, and support the review of monthly inventory reserve reports
  • Review and maintain orders in SAP by running and analyzing various SAP reports, identifying orders requiring updates or follow-up, and coordinating with appropriate teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal customers by managing multiple inboxes, responding to inquiries, researching issues, and providing timely, accurate information and solutions

Skills

  • High school diploma required
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Relationship Management, Inventory Management, or a similar environment
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret customer, inventory, and order data to identify issues and develop practical solutions that address customer and business needs
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to accurately review reports, maintain data, manage multiple priorities, and identify discrepancies
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities and the ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships
  • Ability to work effectively across departments and organizational levels, with strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn and apply product knowledge and business systems, including SAP
  • Location: Bio-Rad is pleased to offer the flexibility of Remote Work for this role anywhere in the U.S
  • Some college coursework preferred
