They are seeking a Future Leader Development Associate, Data Analyst, to participate in a two-year rotational program that offers hands-on experience and leadership exposure across various business functions.
Responsibilities
- Support high-impact business projects and initiatives
- Rotate across multiple functions to gain enterprise-wide perspective
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real-world business challenges
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Participate in structured learning, mentorship, and leadership development
- Optimize business intelligence dashboards by streamlining data models, consolidating key metrics, and enhancing data relationships to uncover sales opportunities
- Develop tracking templates to assist the sales team in comparing sales targets against order data
- Research and collaborate with the IT team to identify effective methods for streamlining and standardizing customer information
- Assist in revamping the sales target planning process to improve transparency into sales opportunities and unlock growth potential
- Showcase learning obtained during the internship program by presenting outcomes of key projects to members of the Sales team and/or members of Blue Bird Leadership Team
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
- 0–2 years of professional experience or completion of relevant internship
- Strong academic performance (preferred GPA ≥ 3.0)
- Must work in manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, cold and noise
- Frequent weeks working 40+ hours
- Frequent communication with people throughout the day
- All candidates must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility at the time of hire
- Prior internship experience, ideally within Blue Bird or relevant industry
- Interest in manufacturing, operations, or industrial environment
