Summary
Brace Health is on a mission to ensure every patient gets covered for the care they need and every doctor gets paid for the work they do. They are seeking a Product Manager for AI Operations to build and scale AI systems that enhance their healthcare technology, supporting billing operations and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Build and run our AI systems and agent infrastructure
- Design and maintain the AI workflows that power our operations: agentic organization management, claim status agents, outreach sequences, prospect research pipelines, customer health monitoring, and internal tooling that makes our billing team dramatically more effective
- Work closely with engineering to spec and ship product features, and sometimes (often times?) build it yourself
- Own the go-to-market engine
- Build and operate the systems behind our sales motion: prospecting infrastructure, enrichment pipelines, outbound sequencing, CRM architecture, and the data flows that make our pipeline visible and actionable
- Instrument our customer and billing operations
- Own the dashboards, KPI tracking, escalation workflows, and automated loops that catch problems before they become client fires
- Maintain the operational cadence that gives the co-founders and billing team a real-time view of what's working and what isn't
- Lead high-priority strategic projects
- Take on cross-functional work as the business evolves - partner integrations, new market analysis, pricing experiments, onboarding redesigns
Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in a role that touched product, ops, GTM, or some combination at a startup, consulting firm, or high-growth tech company
- STEM degree or demonstrated technical ability
- Trending technical: You've written code or have coauthored some with Codex/Claude/Gemini/etc on small side projects
- You're excited to get more hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and data
- Boston. Already based in Boston or willing to relocate
- High IQ and EQ - high intellectual horsepower with great understanding of people
- High agency - you see what needs to happen and make it happen; you don't wait to be unblocked
- Curiosity - you need to understand how things work, desire to become more technical
- High ownership - you care deeply about the quality and impact of what you deliver
