Job description
Summary
Cardinal Health is a healthcare services and products company whose Pricing Strategy group develops pricing strategies and profitability optimization through modeling, analytics, and value-capture activities. The Sr Analyst, Business Metrics/Analytics will support the OptiFreight business by managing Salesforce cases, performing operational pricing tasks, updating pricing tools with data from FedEx and other sources, and improving internal and cross-functional processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage a Salesforce case queue, focusing on meeting customer facing deadlines
- Participate in operational pricing tasks such as pricing tier loads, customer pricing research, credit and rebill requests, and competitive invoice analysis
- Responsible for weekly/monthly/yearly updates to our tools with the most relevant information from FedEx and other data sources
- Assist the team with improving current processes both internally and cross-functionally
Skills
- 2-4 years of experience preferred
- BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred
- Experience working with Excel, Salesforce, SQL server (running queries) preferred
