The Field Sales Specialist manages standard channel partner portfolios, executes joint business plans, and achieves revenue targets while supporting partner sales, marketing, pricing, and operational activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manages standard channel partner portfolios to execute joint business plans and achieve assigned revenue targets
  • Evaluates partner sales forecasts and pipeline data to anticipate market demand and resolve potential supply disruptions
  • Trains indirect sales agents on updated product features and competitive positioning to drive consistent market messaging
  • Coordinates co-branded marketing initiatives and regional promotional events to generate sustainable lead volume for partner networks
  • Analyzes commercial contracts and pricing structures to recommend adjustments that incentivize partner performance and market expansion
  • Resolves operational escalations from distribution partners regarding order fulfillment and standard service inquiries

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B account management, proposal development, renewals, deal negotiation, or a related field required
  • Certification in customer success, account management, client relationship management or equivalent preferred
