Summary
CereCore is seeking a Technical Analyst to join their team at HCA Florida Osceola Hospital in Kissimmee, FL. The Technical Analyst will be responsible for providing deskside technical support and evaluating information technology systems operations, assisting end-users with various technical issues related to computers, phones, and printers.
Responsibilities
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations
- Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems
- Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff
- Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a project leader or manager
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
Skills
- 2-7+ years of End-User Computing technical support experience
- 2-7+ years of experience troubleshooting user devices deskside
- May require an associate's degree in a related area and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
- Willingness to learn new technologies and enterprise specific requirements
- Customer service / servant focused customer support
- Ability to handle tasks and self motivate and prioritize based on needs and communication from leadership
