Job description
Summary
Certum Legal Solutions is a legal managed services organization supporting personal injury law firms while developing an AI-powered technology platform. The Recruiter will manage full-cycle and high-volume hiring across contact center, operational, legal, technical, and corporate roles, partnering with hiring managers and building scalable recruiting processes.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of roles
- Lead high-volume hiring for contact center and operational positions
- Recruit for technical, corporate, and legal roles as business needs evolve
- Partner directly with hiring managers to understand needs, define profiles, and drive searches forward
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates
- Conduct initial screens and manage candidates throughout the interview process
- Maintain strong pipelines and help CLS build scalable recruiting processes as we grow
Skills
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Demonstrated experience recruiting within contact center or call center environments
- Strong sourcing skills and experience managing multiple searches simultaneously
- Ability to operate autonomously and manage full-cycle recruiting with limited oversight
- Strong communication, organization, and hiring manager partnership skills
- Location:** This role offers remote flexibility, with a preference for candidates based in or near **Dallas, TX**
- Legal recruiting experience is a plus
- Technical recruiting experience is a plus
- Startup or high-growth company experience is a plus
