Summary
Claritev is a healthcare organization that uses data, technology, and expertise to make healthcare more transparent and affordable. The Manager, Operations Projects will lead complex operational, client, technology, and data-focused projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning strategies, resources, timelines, and deliverables. The role will also drive process improvement, analyze data, manage risks, and support implementation and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex operational, client, technology, and data-focused projects that support strategic business objectives and improve organizational performance
- Develop and execute project strategies that align stakeholders, resources, timelines, and deliverables to achieve successful outcomes
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experiences
- Analyze operational, financial, project, and customer data to generate actionable insights that support decision-making and measure results
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet scope, quality, schedule, and business requirements
- Anticipate project risks, dependencies, and challenges, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project success
- Drive implementation readiness through effective planning, communication, testing, training, deployment, and post-launch support
- Communicate project progress, business impacts, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership through reports, dashboards, presentations, and status updates
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; or High School Diploma/GED with four (4) additional years of related experience
- Minimum four (4) years of project management experience in a business, healthcare, operations, technology, or data-driven environment
- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including scope management, requirements gathering, scheduling, risk management, issue resolution, change management, testing, implementation, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting business, operational, financial, or project-related data
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Project Server, collaboration platforms, and related business applications
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service, accountability, and attention to detail
- Graduate degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Experience leading operational improvement, technology implementation, data analytics, or process transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of healthcare industry operations and healthcare claims processing workflows
- Experience using advanced analytics and reporting tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, Oracle, or similar platforms
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, Data Analytics, Six Sigma, or comparable professional certifications
- Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies to drive business performance and efficiency
