Job description

Summary

ECLARO is seeking a Project Manager to support its client, which advocates for energy efficiency and clean energy technology. The role focuses on Inflation Reduction Act reporting, compliance reviews, record management, federal reporting, internal auditing, and data analysis for the Home Modernization team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with monthly and quarterly Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) reporting
  • Review IRA documentation approved by implementation staff for compliance with client policies
  • Responsible for pulling records, intense federal level reporting, and internal auditing
  • Other duties as assigned that contribute to the key outcomes of the Home Modernization team

Skills

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, Word)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (or other CRM)
  • Experience or exposure to federal level reporting and / or internal auditing
  • Experience with spreadsheets - data analysis background
  • Strong ability to analyze data to create reports and evaluate the success of program implementation staff
  • Prior experience with federal and state grant administration

Qualifications

Must Haves

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, Word)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (or other CRM)
  • Experience or exposure to federal level reporting and / or internal auditing
  • Experience with spreadsheets - data analysis background
  • Strong ability to analyze data to create reports and evaluate the success of program implementation staff
