Summary
Clear View Compass LLC is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to manage and optimize sales funnels, oversee project delivery, and maintain project scope and schedules. The role involves acting as the primary contact for stakeholders and collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and project efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize sales funnels for our CVC and all DBAs: CVC knowledge/educational content/digital asset sales, Digital marketing services, digital leasing and 'rent and rank' services
- Ensure the timely delivery of projects by coordinating with internal team members and external vendors
- Maintain project scope and ensure all project requirements are met
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns
- Identify potential project risks and implement effective solutions to mitigate them
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and support their media needs
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation for reference and reporting purposes
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist with planning and implementing special events (in-person and virtual)

- Graphic Design Familiarity: Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) and graphic design principles
- Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative Thinking: Excel in identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex challenges using innovative and strategic approaches; Should have a proven ability to think critically and approach problems from multiple perspectives, ensuring comprehensive and effective solutions. This includes experience with brainstorming techniques such as mind mapping, SWOT analysis, and root cause analysis to develop actionable strategies
