Summary
Cognizant is seeking a Supply Chain Analytics Consultant to help clients solve complex supply chain challenges through data-driven insights, advanced analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. The role partners with clients and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning, inventory performance, supply chain decision-making, and operational excellence using analytical models, dashboards, and technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to identify, analyze, and solve complex supply chain business challenges using data, analytics, and industry best practices
- Develop insights and recommendations across Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Allocation, and Supply Chain Optimization processes
- Leverage Kinaxis, SAP, and analytics solutions to improve planning effectiveness, inventory performance, and supply chain decision-making
- Translate business requirements into analytical models, dashboards, and actionable recommendations that deliver measurable business value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply chain transformation initiatives, process improvements, and technology implementations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- Extensive experience in supply chain planning and analytics with strong expertise in Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Allocation, and Optimization
- Hands-on experience with **Kinaxis RapidResponse** and **SAP** supply chain planning solutions
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and the application of analytics to improve operational performance
- Experience gathering business requirements, performing data analysis, and delivering actionable business insights to stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams

- Experience supporting large-scale supply chain transformation or digital modernization programs
- Knowledge of advanced analytics, predictive modeling, AI, or machine learning applications within supply chain environments

- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- APICS/ASCM, CSCP, CPIM, or related supply chain certifications
