Marketing & Sales Intern - Paid Internship

Summary

ComForCare is a home care company seeking a Marketing & Sales Intern who is looking to transition from caregiving to the business side of home care. The intern will work closely with the leadership team to build referral relationships and engage with the community to promote home care services.

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, senior communities, and community organizations to introduce ComForCare’s services
• Build relationships with referral partners and healthcare professionals
• Represent ComForCare at health fairs, networking events, and community outreach activities
• Follow up with prospective clients and referral sources
• Assist with social media marketing and community engagement
• Help distribute brochures, flyers, and marketing materials
• Track marketing activities and referral leads
• Learn the sales process for home care services
• Support office operations as needed

Skills

• Previous professional caregiving experience is required
• Passion for helping seniors and their families
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals and community partners
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and social media)
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license
• CNA, PCA, HHA, DSP, or experienced caregiver preferred
