Summary
Community Resources for Justice (CRJ) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to changing lives and strengthening communities through direct service, advocacy, and innovation. The Administrative Coordinator, CS provides administrative, operational, training, compliance, and project support to Community Strategies leaders and staff, helping ensure efficient operations and adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support administrative, operational, and project activities across CS as assigned
- Maintain records, reports, databases, and documentation while supporting meetings, trainings, communications, and service line workflows
- Provide administrative support and technical assistance to staff, coordinate project implementation activities, and track assignments, deadlines, and deliverables
- Coordinate fleet-related activities, including vehicle assignments, maintenance, rentals, repairs, and vendor communications
- Maintain fleet records, reports, and documentation to support operational, regulatory, and insurance requirements
- Monitor fleet utilization and related systems, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, availability, and resource management
- Assist with audits, reviews, and quality assurance activities to support compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate the collection, organization, and maintenance of required documentation and records
- Support quality improvement initiatives through data tracking, reporting, and follow-up activities
- Support financial and administrative processes, including invoice tracking, reconciliations, purchasing, and reporting activities
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external partners to support operational and business needs
- Assist with monitoring expenditures, maintaining supporting documentation, and ensuring timely completion of administrative requirements
