Job description
Summary
Complete Care Management is a healthcare organization hiring a Social Media Manager. The role develops and manages social media strategy, creates and publishes content across multiple platforms, manages facility communications, and tracks marketing performance through analytics and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy
- Plan, create, publish, and share new content across multiple social medica platforms – including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Manage WhatsApp communication (chats) per facility to facilitate authentic, personalized content
- Edit photos using Lightroom, Photoshop, or other editing software
- Create editorial calendars
- Utilize current social media trends, best practices and technology
- Monitor customer comments and feedback and ensure reputation management policies are in place
- Monitor reach and create campaigns to increase followers and engagement
- Track marketing results, produce monthly analytical reports to reflect achievement of marketing objectives and target goals
Skills
- Creative, organized, efficient, proficient multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
- Team player who can lead and motivate individuals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Social Media Management/Social Media Content Creation
- Proficient in Hootsuite, Photoshop/ other photo editing software
- InDesign/Illustrator or similar design experience a plus
- Healthcare experience preferred
