Revops Process & Systems Manager

Summary

Consensus Cloud Solutions is a digital cloud fax and healthcare interoperability solutions organization focused on secure data exchange and healthcare data transformation. The RevOps Process & Systems Manager will manage Salesforce and Master Data Management projects across their full lifecycle, defining project plans, coordinating stakeholders, tracking deliverables, and ensuring solutions meet business needs on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths
• Track project milestones and deliverables
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. Consensus reserves the right to add or change duties at any time

Skills

• 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience and/or developer experience
• 1+ years Experience with project management tools like Atlassian
• 1+ years Experience writing process documents and creating flowcharts
• Experience contributing to cross-functional projects including understanding of project life cycles
• Experience researching CRM and sales processes to determine industry best practices
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• Excellent project management skills, including managing large, complex projects
• Experience in Agile methodologies
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge and understanding of sales cycles and related processes
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its functionalities
• Experience with creating and maintaining road maps
• Active U.S. Citizenship or green card holder residing in the U.S. for a minimum of 3 consecutive years
• Experience with CPQ, CLM, and RevCloud highly preferred
• Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Architect preferred
• Knowledge of AI platforms and services and experience with customization and Salesforce implementation
• GovCloud implementation and support
