Data & BI Analyst (1099)

Summary

Courser is a partnership platform that helps technology service companies identify and take the next step in growth. They are seeking a detail-driven and proactive Data and BI Analyst to maintain and evolve their business intelligence infrastructure, focusing on standardizing analytics and dashboards for newly acquired businesses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer PowerBI, Brightgauge, and other analytics platforms to ensure uptime, accuracy, and performance
• Build and standardize real-time KPI dashboards for service delivery teams, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Maintain and enhance the logic and data models developed by previous BI contractors, including: Financial BI package, Success metrics dashboards, Weekly 'Are We Winning?' dashboards
• Anticipate and support the analytical needs of new partners joining Courser, ensuring they have access to relevant insights and tools

• Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to evolving business needs
• Proactive mindset with a desire to understand the 'why' behind the data
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Experience with BI tools (PowerBI and Brightgauge as plus)
