Summary
Integra delivers turnkey solutions for data center infrastructure, bringing together design, manufacturing, procurement, commissioning, and related project services. The Scheduler supports project teams by developing, maintaining, monitoring, and analyzing construction schedules, coordinating progress updates, reporting status, and identifying schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for projects using industry-standard software (e.g., Primavera P6)
- Baselining of the Project Schedule
- Collaboration with project teams to gain status
- Track and input progress into the schedule
- Generate scheduling reports
- Support Senior Schedulers on Analysis of the schedule
- Document schedule changes
- Identify potential risk and mitigation for the project schedule
- Attend project update meetings
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project process
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for construction projects using industry-standard software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Interface with project managers, superintendents, and contractors to create accurate schedules that align with project requirements, budgets, and deadlines
- Oversee project progress and adjust schedules as needed to mitigate delays, conflicts, or unforeseen issues
- Conduct regular schedule updates and review meetings with project teams to discuss progress, upcoming milestones, and potential risks
- Provide critical path analysis and highlight any schedule risks or delays that could affect the project timeline
- Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders, outlining schedule performance, milestones, and any changes
- Ensure proper documentation of all scheduling-related activities, including change orders, delays, and adjustments
- Assist in optimizing project efficiency by providing schedule forecasts and assisting with resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the construction process
Skills
- * Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field required
- * Proven experience as a construction scheduler or in a similar role within the construction industry
- * Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and scheduling techniques
- * Proficient in scheduling software (e.g., P6, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite
- * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- * Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate scheduling conflicts
- * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients
- * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- * Knowledge of construction industry standards, terminology, and regulatory requirements
- * Ability to work in both office and construction site environments
- * Ability to work long hours, including evenings or weekends, if necessary to meet project deadlines
