Summary
LaBella Associates provides program management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs. The Scheduler will create, implement, and maintain schedules for Gas Utility capital projects, perform critical path and risk analyses, track earned value and project variances, and support project reporting and coordination.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain project schedules through project close-out
- Monitor project performance and report on various project metrics including; risk assessment, SPI, CPI & EVM, critical path, etc
- Verify accuracy of cost information – including confirmation that costs have been properly coded and allocated to the project budget
- Prepare needed regulatory reporting and status reports Interaction and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders
Skills
- Associate degree in project management or related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of scheduling experience
- Experience in civil and/or utility projects
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment
- Experience with Primavera/P6 and/or MS Project Intermediate or higher knowledge level of Excel SAP
- Experience High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preference will be given to candidates with Certified Assistant Project Manager (CAPM) certification
