Summary
Cushman & Wakefield provides commercial real estate valuation and advisory services across traditional appraisal, market studies, feasibility analysis, and strategic consulting. The Commercial Appraiser will engage valuation assignments, conduct market research and property analyses, develop discounted cash flow models, evaluate comparable sales and costs, and produce opinions of value while potentially mentoring junior professionals and managing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will have the ability to appropriately engage valuation assignments, identify the scope of work and determine the appropriate approaches and methodology for valuing property as well as complete assignments in connection with commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects
- Duties include data collection and market research, analyzing complex highest and best use scenarios, analyzing revenue and expense performance, developing cash flows utilizing discounted cash flow models, analyses of comparable sales, detailed cost analyses, and drawing market comparisons in developing opinions of value
- May provide mentorship to less experienced professionals
- Opportunities to develop new business and manage client relationships available
