Job description

Summary

Datavant is a healthcare data collaboration platform that provides secure, accessible, and actionable data solutions. The Digital Program Manager will coordinate the implementation, execution, and support of digital products and manage low-to-medium complexity client programs, partnering with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and execution of digital products by coordinating project activities, tracking milestones, monitoring progress, and helping ensure successful delivery of client outcomes
  • Manage a portfolio of low-to-medium complexity digital programs and client projects, ensuring timely execution and a high-quality customer experience
  • Partner with clients to understand program requirements, gather information, and support successful onboarding and implementation activities
  • Assist with data validation, project tracking, reporting, and analysis to help drive informed decision-making and program success
  • Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations teams to resolve issues, remove obstacles, and improve client outcomes
  • Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities within assigned projects and escalate appropriately to drive timely resolution
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements to workflows, tools, and client experiences
  • Support documentation, training, and knowledge-sharing efforts to improve team effectiveness and operational consistency
  • Build expertise in digital program operations, healthcare workflows, and Datavant products to effectively support customers and internal stakeholders
  • Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives that support the growth and success of our digital products and programs

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent professional experience in healthcare, operations, client success, project management, or related fields
  • 3-6 years of experience in operations, project management, client success, consulting, healthcare, or customer-facing roles
  • Experience managing projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, or supporting client implementations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage technical, operational, and client stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Ability to quickly learn technical concepts, healthcare workflows, and digital product capabilities
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals
  • You have experience working in healthcare, health plans, provider organizations, or healthcare technology
  • You have exposure to risk adjustment, quality programs, payment integrity, medical record retrieval, or related healthcare operations
  • You have experience supporting SaaS, digital health, interoperability, or data-driven products
  • You have worked with reporting or analytics tools such as Sigma, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • You have experience participating in process improvement initiatives or continuous improvement programs
  • You have experience supporting client implementations, onboarding, or customer success programs
