Job description
Summary
Daxko is seeking a Project Manager to lead software implementations for new customers. The role manages multiple projects from kickoff through launch, coordinates customers and internal teams, supports data analysis, maintains documentation, and escalates risks and issues.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end implementation for small and mid-size customer projects, from kickoff through launch
- Launch each assigned customer within four months of project start
- Run weekly check-ins with customers and internal teams to report status and flag risk early
- Partner with Daxko's ETL Data team to support customer data analysis and resolve data questions
- Keep project documentation current and useful for the teams relying on it
- Escalate problems early, with context, so they get solved before they grow
- Travel to customer sites as needed (about 25% of the time)
Skills
- 1 to 2 years of experience in project management, implementation, or a related customer-facing role
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without losing detail
- Clear, confident communication with both customers and internal teams
- A problem-solving mindset: you can size up a complex issue, weigh options, and act
- Comfort self-directing and prioritizing your own workload
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- CAPM certification
