Summary
Daxko is a software company that helps member-based organizations and communities through its products. The Software Trainer guides customers through onboarding, leads training sessions, supports go-live events, maintains training resources, and contributes to process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, effective training sessions for a wide range of customers with different needs and experience levels
- Travel to customer sites to support go-live events and ensure a smooth, successful transition
- Serve as a primary trainer for small to mid-sized implementations
- Build strong relationships with customers and create a positive, supportive training experience
- Gather and apply customer feedback to continuously improve training delivery and outcomes
- Maintain and update training materials, documentation, and resources
- Develop a strong understanding of Daxko’s products and the member-based organizations we serve
- Contribute to team goals and OKRs, and support process improvement initiatives
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in training, customer support, education, or a related field
- Confidence leading conversations and presenting information to groups
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate complex or unexpected situations
- Comfort working independently, managing your time, and prioritizing competing needs
- A calm, professional approach when handling challenging customer situations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn new technology and teach others how to use it effectively
- A valid passport
- High school diploma or equivalent
