Job description
Summary
Delbridge Solutions is a rapidly scaling mid-sized company in the Financial Services industry, seeking a Corporate Performance Consultant. The role involves providing tailored solutions for clients, managing project lifecycles, and mentoring junior team members while ensuring exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
- You will provide regular status updates to the Technical/Project Lead and the client
- You will create documentation and participate in project meetings
- Be a primary resource and consultant through the full lifecycle of the solution
- Gather client business requirements in partnership with the Project Lead
- Design innovative solutions customized for the client’s specific needs, always using the best practices available
- Be a hands-on SME advising, implementing, testing, and training
- Work closely with internal and external contacts to ensure we are delivering a tailored solution meeting the client’s specification
- Guide and mentor junior team members while nurturing strong client relationships, providing the support needed, online or in-person, in every step of the process
Skills
- Located in Costa Rica or Nicaragua
- 2-3 years of related work experience
- Development/consulting/implementation experience
- Experience with database concepts and expertise in MS Excel
- Confidence in speaking and presenting information in collaborative customer settings
- High motivation for a role that combines deep technical and customer-management dimensions
- Ability to understand and communicate in English
- Education background in IT, Engineering, or Finance
Qualifications
Must Haves
