Summary
Dentsu is an international marketing and advertising organization. The New Business Growth Manager supports demand generation, RFIs, pitch development, marketing execution, and strategic growth initiatives. The role collaborates with subject matter experts and Practice Area teams to develop campaigns, content, processes, and event strategies that accelerate business growth.
Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams with RFIs, pitch materials, and strategic growth initiatives
- Collaborate across Practice Areas to identify new opportunities and centralize growth efforts
- Coordinate with lead-gen team to create outreach campaigns to accelerate growth opportunities
- Support in the vetting and qualification for inbound opportunities with background research
- Develop integrated pitch processes, playbooks and templates to operationalize our cross-practice ways of working
- Partner with SMEs and Practice Area leads to source and refine thought leadership content
- Ensure alignment between marketing programs and prospect motivations
- Support in event strategies aligned with our targeting approach
Skills
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in new business growth and development, ideally in advertising, digital media, ad-tech, or client-side marketing with a focus on project or process execution
- Experience contributing to successful pitch efforts within the last 18 months
- Solid understanding of new business processes and marketing best practices
- Proficiency with collaboration and marketing tools such as MS Teams, Salesforce.com, Google Suite and project management platforms
- Strong writing and editorial skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally and foster collaboration across Practice Areas
