Summary
Diana Health is a network of modern women's health practices working in partnership with hospitals to reimagine the maternity and women's healthcare experience. The Fractional Clinical Talent Scout will maintain active candidate pipelines, primarily for Advanced Practice Providers, while supporting physician sourcing as needed. The role involves targeted outreach, candidate screening, ATS management, recruiter handoffs, and pipeline reporting.
Responsibilities
- Attracting CNMs, WHNPs, OB/GYNs, PAs, and other clinical providers across LinkedIn, Indeed, ACNM/AANP chapters, Facebook groups, contact lists and niche clinical communities
- Run targeted outreach campaigns, track conversion rates, and maintain full, active pipelines across all open markets
- Re-engage silver medalists and keep warm candidates from going cold between touch-points
- Conduct structured initial screens covering licensure, availability, location flexibility, and compensation, providing a deeper touchpoint than a basic inquiry
- Deliver clean, polished candidate summaries to the assigned recruiter using a standardized screening scorecard (in Greenhouse), so recruiters can focus on relationship-building in their screens
- Maintain consistent candidate communication between touch-points until recruiter handoff
- Ensure all sourced candidates are tracked and up-to-date in the ATS at all times
- Provide daily pipeline updates on the recruiting tracker
- Support physician sourcing efforts as directed
Skills
- • At least 1 year of women's health recruitment experience REQUIRED
- • Expertise in sourcing CNMs, OB/GYNs, WHNPs, and other women's health related roles
- • 3-5 years of clinical sourcing experience across multiple states
- • Experience with creative pipeline creation using targeted outreach methodologies for passive candidates
- • Prior work in start-up spaces with KPI structures
