Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation
- Perform business and data analysis
- Support requirements gathering and validation
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Work with development, QA, product, and business teams
- Assist with process improvement initiatives
- Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, Power BI, and collaboration platforms
