Job description

Summary

The company develops healthcare technologies and unified data solutions to support clinicians, patients, and Federal Healthcare systems. The Project Manager will oversee critical support processes in a healthcare IT environment, manage issue resolution and project deliverables, communicate risks and status updates, and apply Cerner Millennium or other EHR expertise to basic troubleshooting and support.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee critical support items on the VA project, managing issues that cannot be resolved through traditional support means
  • Drive the project management lifecycle for issue resolution, ensuring each incident is handled efficiently and effectively
  • Manage deliverables throughout the support project, including milestones and project schedules
  • Provide feedback to the team, customers, and corporate stakeholders when project milestones or schedules are at risk
  • Ensure projects align with the goals and timelines outlined in the scope of work and schedule
  • Communicate status updates to customer stakeholders and internal management
  • Ensure consistency and best practices are utilized while adhering to customer standards
  • Utilize knowledge of the Cerner Millennium platform or other EHR systems to execute basic troubleshooting and support

Skills
