Job description

Summary

Dice is seeking a detail-driven and proactive IT Project Manager to join its Enterprise PMO and support critical cybersecurity initiatives. The role drives project deliverables, maintains documentation, manages risks, coordinates stakeholders, and keeps cross-functional cybersecurity projects on track.

Responsibilities

  • Drive project workflows to ensure milestones and deliverables are met, maintaining agility to pivot when priorities shift
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, update ePMO tools (such as PPM and ADO), and manage status reports, RAID logs, and decision logs
  • Facilitate structured meetings, set clear agendas, capture key decisions and action items, and provide clear, proactive communication across teams
  • Identify potential project risks and issues early, formulate robust mitigation strategies, and escalate off-track items appropriately

Skills

  • 1-4 years of relevant professional work experience in an IT or healthcare environment, with a strong background in administrative or project coordination
  • Exposure to cybersecurity or IT infrastructure projects, with the ability to understand technical conversations and translate them for stakeholders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a heavy emphasis on documentation management, organization, and professional remote etiquette
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint), with familiarity in PPM, Azure DevOps (ADO), or similar project management platforms

Qualifications
