Summary
DraftKings is a technology and regulated gaming company seeking a VIP Host, Predictions to cultivate relationships with highly engaged customers. The role manages VIP engagement activities, develops customer loyalty and revenue, gathers feedback, and ensures compliance with VIP and responsible trading policies.
Responsibilities
- Create new business revenue by understanding and developing strong, authentic, and trusted customers relationships
- Manage all aspects of the relationship with the player through local events, regular communications, and escalation responses
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the market while proactively providing new promotions to customers
- Compile customer feedback to support improvements to the platform and identify opportunities
- Execute against all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible trading policies
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a Sales, Account Management, or customer-facing role
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment
- Analytical mindset to make quick and confident decisions on data and trends
- Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses as well as required financial licenses
Qualifications
Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience
