Summary
Elevate is an expert-led, AI-powered global law company that provides software, consulting, and services to law departments and law firms. They are seeking a Production Coordinator to support the Services Support team, handle customer-facing casework, manage inquiries, and help maintain workflow continuity for the Global Review teams and the Med Legal Help Desk.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, high-quality customer service by addressing external inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Manage incoming customer calls through the Production Facilitation phone line, offering accurate information and support
- Monitor and respond to emails received in shared inboxes, providing effective solutions and assistance as needed
- Operate within the online CMS to document casework notes, add tasks, and maintain accurate case records
- Review and assess records to support case analysis and decision-making processes
- Track, follow up, and resolve casework inquiries to ensure timely and complete resolution
- Communicate clearly and professionally through email, phone, and virtual meetings, ensuring consistent and effective messaging
- Meet or exceed daily task deadlines while upholding accuracy, consistency, and quality standards
Skills
- • Minimum of 2 years' experience in healthcare or personal injury litigation
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel; adept at leveraging technology to support daily operations
- • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- • Positive, enthusiastic, and solutions-oriented with a high level of professionalism and energy
- • Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- • Detail-oriented and analytical with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
