Mental health platform for the next generation

Job description

Summary

Emora Health is a virtual behavioral health company focused on improving mental health care for kids, teens, and young adults. The Provider Growth Associate will grow the network of licensed clinicians, manage the full recruitment cycle, and guide providers through onboarding to their first client.

Responsibilities

  • Source and reach out to prospective providers for Emora's clinician network
  • Run screening conversations that assess licensure, experience, and fit for Emora's client population; this is not just a volume/closing job
  • Pitch qualified candidates on Emora: the platform, compensation, and credentialing/onboarding process
  • Own your pipeline end to end: track prospects, follow up, move people through the process
  • Guide signed providers through onboarding: profile setup, adding availability, and getting to their first scheduled and seen client
  • Flag or disqualify candidates who aren't a fit, even when it costs you a number

Skills

  • 1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, customer success, or another relationship-driven role
  • Self-directed: comfortable owning a pipeline and hitting goals without a lot of oversight
  • Able to do both sides of the job: sell someone on joining, and tell someone they're not a fit
  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Experience recruiting or vetting licensed clinicians
  • Background in healthcare or behavioral health
