Summary
Endava is a technology and digital transformation company that partners with brands to create platforms and digital experiences. The Product Operations Analyst will build and maintain Tableau dashboards, support product marketing and reporting automation, and perform SQL-based analysis and data validation for product managers.
Responsibilities
- Build, enhance, and maintain recurring Tableau dashboards and reporting suites for Physician OneView
- Partner with Product Marketing to create and track user adoption, campaign engagement, and feature rollouts
- Support the automation of manual reporting processes (such as Secure Messaging utilization and Medical Director billing workflows)
- Execute SQL queries, data validations, and triage ad-hoc analytical requests from product managers
Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or product operations
- Strong SQL querying skills and hands-on experience developing/publishing Tableau dashboards
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities; experience with Jira, Confluence, or TargetProcess
