Summary
Ensemble is a provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems, hospitals, and affiliated physician groups. The Revenue Integrity Analyst safeguards financial health by managing charge capture, coding and billing compliance, reconciliation, reporting, and analytical trending while identifying root causes, implementing process improvements, and supporting revenue enhancement. The role collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and client leadership to improve revenue cycle efficiency, educate on best practices, and strengthen charge capture methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Managing the charge master, regulatory code changes, work queues, charge capture, reconciliation, reporting, and analytical trending
- Responsible for identifying root causes of charge inefficiencies, developing corrective action plans, and implementing process improvements to ensure accurate and consistent charge capture
- Evaluates charging practices, maintains the Charge Description Master, and ensures compliance with evolving coding and billing regulations
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to enhance hospital net revenue, lead operational improvement initiatives, and provide analytical insights into billing errors, denials, and claim edits
- Educates on best practices, conducts quality assurance, and leveraging data trends to identify opportunities for training and revenue enhancement
- Partners with client leadership to strengthen charge capture methodologies, supports system conversions, and fosters strong client relationships through regular rounding and site visits
- Drives efficiencies in the revenue cycle
