Clinical Systems Project Manager

Summary

Ensign Services provides back-office support to affiliated healthcare operations. The Clinical Systems Project Manager will support PointClickCare clinical technology workflows through system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, training, implementations, and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide PCC support for nursing facilities, including MDS, Care Plans, Point of Care, and Lab & Radiology modules
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PCC systems in alignment with organizational standards
• Support acquisitions and new facility builds through system configuration, onboarding, and training
• Assist with clinical systems projects, pilots, high-priority cases, and new workflow implementations

Skills

• High school diploma, required
• Strong prioritization, communication, problem-solving, and computer skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with facility and support teams
• 3+ years of system administration experience, highly preferred
• PointClickCare system administration experience, highly preferred
• Healthcare project management experience, highly preferred
