Summary

Global Access Incorporated’s IT Solutions & Security Division provides enterprise technology, cybersecurity, information security, risk, compliance, IT audit, AI, and digital transformation services to organizations across Japan. The IT Security & Technology Associate will support senior consultants on project-based client engagements through research, analysis, documentation, data review, workshop support, assessments, audits, and AI and technology research.

Skills

• Recent graduate or early-career professional (0–3 years of experience)
• Degree in cybersecurity, information security, computer science, IT, AI, data science, business, or a related field
• Strong academic record
• Genuine interest in cybersecurity, IT audit, risk, AI, or digital transformation
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under supervision
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• English proficiency is required
• Flexible, project-based availability
• Ability to work remotely or, where required, on-site in Tokyo
• English proficiency required
• Your academic background and degree
• Relevant coursework or projects
• Areas of interest (cybersecurity, audit, risk, AI, DX, etc.)
• Your availability (part-time / full-time / flexible)
• Japanese language skills (business or native) are a significant advantage
• Japanese proficiency is a significant advantage
• Part-time or full-time engagement depending on the project
• You do not need experience in all of these areas. We are looking for entry-level professionals with a strong interest in one or more of the following:
