Job description
Summary
EVERSANA is a life sciences commercialization services company serving biopharmaceutical, medtech, and digital therapeutics organizations. The intern will support consulting project teams by conducting research, synthesizing insights, developing client deliverables, communicating findings, and contributing to firm capabilities and culture.
Responsibilities
- Supporting targeted secondary research (e.g., desk risk, secondary data analysis) and primary research (e.g., interviews with key opinion leaders / insurance payers)
- Synthesizing research insights to develop logical and effective client recommendations
- Developing high-quality client communications and deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint slides, Excel models)
- Communicating verbal and written information in logical, clear, and concise fashion
- Contributing to the development of the firm’s capabilities and infrastructure
- Supporting the development of a high-performance culture
Skills
- Motivated individuals enrolled in a full-time MBA or PhD program with an interest in Life Science Consulting and/or the biopharmaceutical industry
- A strong passion for—and understanding of dynamics and issues in—the pharma and biotech industries
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Qualifications
Must Haves
- Motivated individuals enrolled in a full-time MBA or PhD program with an interest in Life Science Consulting and/or the biopharmaceutical industry
- A strong passion for—and understanding of dynamics and issues in—the pharma and biotech industries
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
