Summary
Expansion Americas is offering a hands-on, learn-by-doing sales development internship with comprehensive training and ongoing support. The intern will generate and qualify B2B sales opportunities, schedule meetings, manage prospect and client communications, maintain CRM records, report daily activity, and improve outreach processes using AI tools and established best practices.
Responsibilities
- Outbound calling to generate interest and schedule qualified meetings for senior sales representatives or clients
- Following up on positive email responses to secure meetings while prospects are engaged
- Managing client communications during the 9am–5pm EST window with quick response times to inbound leads
- Maintaining accurate CRM and dialer records after every interaction
- Providing daily activity reports highlighting progress, successes, and challenges
- Managing appointment logistics including rescheduling to optimize client calendars
- Continuously improving processes using AI tools, proven scripts, and best practices from Expansion Americas

- • Sales, customer service, fundraising, or call center experience (not required)
