Summary
Forcepoint simplifies security for global businesses and governments through a cloud-native platform focused on Zero Trust and protecting sensitive data and intellectual property. The Legal Operations Associate will support global legal and compliance initiatives by implementing automation and AI-assisted workflows, improving operational efficiency, and assisting with policies, regulatory inquiries, questionnaires, and commercial contracts.
Responsibilities
- Leverage available technologies, including Claude, Harvey, and Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint, to help implement, administer, and optimize legal operational programs and automated workflows that enhance governance processes, improve efficiency, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., trade, data protection, and AI governance)
- Support the integration and management of automated and AI-assisted tools, systems, and processes to enhance internal legal operations
- Collaborate with internal business teams, including IT, Information Security, Procurement, and Revenue Operations to identify opportunities for enhanced legal support
- Manage and partner in the evolution of legal and compliance policies, procedures, and training materials
- Support legal and business teams with compliance related questionnaires, regulatory inquiries, and commercial contracts
Skills
- Familiarity with process automation, workflow design, or business process improvement
- Strong technical, analytical, written, and communication skills
- Familiarity with MS 365 (including SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps) and generative AI capabilities (including Claude and Harvey)
- Technical acumen: Ability to learn and work with automation tools and data systems
- Process improvement experience: Mindset for identifying inefficiencies and designing automated, scalable compliance solutions
- Attention to detail: Meticulous in documentation, record-keeping, and compliance verification
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and build consensus
- Communication: Clear articulation of complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work in a hybrid/remote environment with occasional in-office requirements
