Job description

Summary

FSI provides computerized maintenance management software for healthcare maintenance operations. The Implementation Specialist ensures successful ancillary application implementations by translating approved requirements and designs into configured, tested, and deployable solutions while supporting customer onboarding and go-lives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer discovery sessions to gather, clarify, and document functional and technical requirements including segmentation structure
  • Serve as the main point of contact, conducting meetings and providing updates throughout the onboarding process
  • Execute creation of database/segments
  • Complete core system configuration and implement ancillary applications based on approved requirements, solution designs, and implementation standards
  • Responsible for data mapping, cleansing and transformation activities with customer data
  • Perform hands-on quality assurance testing after data migration, integrations, data moves or segmentation splits/combinations to ensure solutions meet defined requirements prior to go-live
  • Other job duties as assigned

Skills

  • A passion for improving healthcare through technology
  • 1 year of technical/implementation project management experience ideally focused on Enterprise applications, including experience managing the integration of software into complex environments
  • Advanced knowledge of Regulatory Agency Standards (NFPA, Joint Commission, etc.)
  • Ability to work across various stakeholders including Users, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Product Management
  • Proven ability to keep multiple projects on track at the same time, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to triage & prioritize support requests against multiple projects with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusted relationships with colleagues
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Remote
  • Travel will be required
  • Healthcare Industry experience preferred
  • CMMS administration experience preferred
