Summary
Fusion Education Group is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. The role partners with hiring managers and regional leaders to attract, engage, and hire talent while managing full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, candidate experiences, and recruiting metrics.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meeting through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers, district leaders, and regional leadership teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing market insights, hiring recommendations, and recruitment best practices
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders across multiple regions and campuses
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct phone and Zoom interviews to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with Fusion's mission and culture
- Deliver a positive, high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines
- Leverage recruiting technology, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top talent
- Monitor recruiting metrics and use data to drive hiring decisions and process improvements
- Participate in recruiting projects, employer branding initiatives, and other talent acquisition events
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- * 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a multi-location, high-growth, or fast-paced environment
- * Proven success managing multiple concurrent requisitions while meeting hiring goals and timelines
- * Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders to influence hiring decisions and recruitment strategies
- * Strong sourcing skills with experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- * Ability to identify, attract, and engage passive talent
- * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- * Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- * Strong consultative and relationship-building abilities
- * High sense of urgency and accountability with a solutions-oriented mindset
- * Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology; experience with iCIMS and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred
- * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications
- * Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices
- * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
