Job description
Summary
Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to help healthcare and operational teams transform data into actionable business outcomes. The role partners with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, develop and maintain analytics solutions, analyze performance, automate processes, and present data-driven recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes, reporting needs, and performance challenges
- Design, develop, automate, and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations
- Build reporting and analytics solutions using SQL, Python, Power BI, and other BI tools
- Execute, validate, maintain, and distribute recurring reporting
- Analyze business performance data to identify trends, risks, root causes, and opportunities
- Develop actionable recommendations supported by data and business impact analysis
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and reduce manual effort
- Lead reporting and analytics workstreams from requirements gathering through implementation and ongoing support
- Present findings and recommendations to managers and operational leaders
Skills
- Experience developing and supporting business intelligence, reporting, or analytics solutions
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships
